1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged

• Wrong item received

• Manufacturing defect exists

Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Installed or used electrical products

• Custom or special-order items

• Products without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Timeframe

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

4. Return Process

• Contact us via email or phone

• After approval, return instructions will be shared

• Product inspection is mandatory

5. Return Shipping

• Company bears shipping if error is ours

• Customer bears shipping for customer-initiated returns

6. Replacement

• Replacement may be offered instead of refund (subject to availability)
