• Cancellation after dispatch is not allowed

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Full refund for pre-dispatch cancellation

• Refund processed within 5–7 working days

3. Cancellation by JJ Electrics

We may cancel orders due to:

• Stock unavailability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment verification issues

• Fraud suspicion

Full refund will be provided in such cases.
